Who We Are

From garage prototype
to production line.

Uncord Technologies started with a simple frustration — the Indian market was flooded with imported networking hardware that was overpriced, under-supported, and built for other markets. We set out to change that.

We began in Mumbai, designing our first XPON router entirely in-house. The goal was uncompromising: global-standard chipsets, custom firmware we own and control, and a support model that actually works for the Indian ISP and enterprise market.

Today, Uncord routers power homes and ISP networks across India. Every product passes through our in-house QC line before it leaves the floor. We write our own firmware, own our own tooling, and back every device with a 3-year warranty.

We are not just a hardware company. We are a connectivity partner — for ISPs deploying thousands of CPEs, for enterprises building reliable office networks, and for every home that deserves internet that simply works.

2019
Founded in Mumbai
Uncord Technologies is incorporated. The founding team begins development of India's first in-house designed XPON router with custom firmware.
2020
First product launched — X12
The AC1200 XPON router ships to our first ISP partners in Maharashtra. Full GPON and EPON compatibility, built around the Airoha chipset platform.
2021
Reached 10,000 deployed units
Uncord devices cross 10,000 active deployments across ISP partners in Maharashtra and Gujarat. In-house QC line established at our Mumbai facility.
2022
Wi-Fi 6 lineup & enterprise entry
The AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 series launches — X30, X31, and R30. First enterprise deployments in hotel chains and corporate campuses across India.
2023
50+ ISP partners nationwide
Uncord reaches 50 active ISP partnership agreements. TR-069 remote management platform rolled out, enabling ISPs to provision fleets from a single dashboard.
2024
100,000+ devices deployed
A major milestone. Uncord devices cross 100,000 active units across India. VOIP-enabled models (X13, X31) gain rapid adoption in ISP fleet deployments.
2025
EasyMesh & next-generation platform
Full EasyMesh compatibility shipped across the entire lineup. Development begins on the next generation of Wi-Fi 7 and 10G-PON capable hardware for 2026.

Every Uncord router is assembled at our in-house facility in Mumbai, with components sourced from globally certified suppliers. We own the full process — from PCB design to final QC to dispatch.
